Our Running Effective Meetings (including Virtual) workshop will provide participants with the knowledge, skills and resources to decide when a meeting is required, create the most effective format for the meeting and chair the meeting to ensure a clear agenda and outcomes, setting of ground rules and gain participation, buy in and commitment to action.
