In our first team session together we will:

  • Establish shared values and expectations of each other through guided activities and questioning.
  • Leverage personality profiling to understand individual styles and how they are experienced by others.
  • Learn what you need [individually] in order to perform at your best
  • Commit to taking action to affect positive change based on session content, open dialogue and personal insights.

In our second team session together we will:

  • Learn how to better recognise others’ needs and adapt our own styles for greater influence.
  • Explore the art and science of negotiating win-win scenarios.
  • Take stock of relationships within and outside of the team to identify and address opportunities.
  • Commit to taking action to affect positive change based on session content, open dialogue and personal insights.

In our third and fourth sessions together we will:

  • Deep dive on the perspective of an industry expert of parallel field to identify insights and gain inspiration for your own work. 
  • Agree on key insights and ideas you will put into practice including immediate next steps to progress the ideas.

In our fifth session together we will:

  • Identify the major focus areas that will drive the realisation of the future direction and agree on the ownership of each area and their interrelationships.
  • Establish a clear operating rhythm and commitment from the leadership team. 
  • Define the way forward for the broader organisation.
